All products and services are subject to availability. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Placement

By placing an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase products or services. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment.

5.2 Payment Terms

5.3 Taxes

You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchases. Prices displayed do not include VAT or other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.4 Cancellations

Once production has begun on your order, cancellations may not be possible or may incur cancellation fees. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

By providing content to us for printing or other services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

6.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right of any party
• Contains viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files
• Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity
• Contains personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent

6.3 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Pendle Print Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.4 Copyright Complaints

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent with the following information:

• An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest
• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site

7. Delivery and Shipping

7.1 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other force majeure events.

7.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address, weight, and dimensions of the order. These costs will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is made.

7.3 Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

7.4 Inspection

You should inspect all products upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours. Refer to our Refund Policy for details on how to report problems with your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. IN NO EVENT SHALL PENDLE PRINT STUDIO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN ANY CASE, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pendle Print Studio and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration under its applicable rules. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The place of arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pendle Print Studio regarding our services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the services.

10.5 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
